Job Description:

The main responsibilities of this job include having a good, basic background in structural and architectual design drafting and layout. This person must be able to work from data and criteria prepared by others to produce finished, workable designs and drawings. This person must also have an understanding of materials and engineering methods and be able to develop basic original designs. Will also be required to provide assistance with the purchasing, receiving, and selling of Building Materials and Lumber. Will work with contractors and develop building/lumber packages and quotes.

Skills:

Architectural Drafting knowledge required. Knowledge in building/construction a plus.
