Manager-Business & Marketing Analysis:Bluegrass Cellular

Job Description:
Bluegrass Cellular, a telecommunications company headquartered out of Elizabethtown,KY, has a Manager-Business & Marketing Ananlysis position open.
Responsibilities:
Generate key Strategic Plan data (including forecasting of customer numbers, customer by price plan, feature adoption and airtime/roaming/toll projections)
Utilize flexible modeling to accommodate for changes in the competitive market and generate accurate, prompt and clear recommendations
Research and compile competitive analyses to facilitate the creation of competitive promotional offerings and recommend plan/feature pricing and services based on this information
Develop predictive models to drive customer acquisition, retention, profitability and loyalty, and model new competitive scenarios
Forecast customer numbers and major feature revenue
Create monthly sales distribution quotas to be reviewed by executive management
Create & generate reports for distribution (including month-end reports, customer numbers, feature revenue, phone pricing verification)
Develop tracking tools to monitor campaign and plan performance and to assist with future campaign implementation as well as monitor results of implemented products and services
Produce & distribute phone pricing matrix and coordinate handset pricing strategy with Inventory/Logistics to stay within budgeted loss per box
Coordinate communication between Marketing, Product Development, BCI billing, Sales and Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics
Work with billing vendor and BCI billing to establish functionality of new products, services, price plans, and features and provides support retail store POS
Collaborate with Sales Support on specific promotional offerings, price plan, product and feature provisioning in billing and POS in order to develop appropriate training materials
Other duties as assigned by management
Skills:
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Statistics or Economics; MBA preferred
Strong leadership, project management, negotiation, and communication skills
Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Access as well as predictive modeling, CRM and analytics programs
Working knowledge of statistics, finance and quantitative analysis
Excellent organizational skills, motivational and presentation skills
