Senior Data Network Administrator:Bluegrass Cellular

Job Description:
Bluegrass Cellular, a telecommunications company, headquartered in Elizabethtown, Kentucky has a Senior Network Administrator position open.
Principal Accountablities:
-Maintain DNS services for multiple internet service providers.
-Monitor performance and maintain operations of email platforms for multiple internet service providers.
-Maintain an understanding of Internetworking to DNS and TCP/IP networking.
-Monitor performance and maintain operation of email platforms.
-Provide training and mentoring of junior level technicians.
-Install, maintain, and upgrade HP Bladecenter and Left Hand SAN.
-Constant security surveillance of the Internet platform to ensure that the network is not subject to security breeches from the Internet and internal communities.
-Provide on call support should service-affecting problems develop outside of normal working hours.
-Duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills:
Requirements:
-Five years or more experience with multiple operating systems to include Unix and VMWare environments.
-Strong programming skills, good understanding of C++, HTML, Assembly and Pascal Languages.
-Experienced in all aspects of writing, development, and effective technical documentation.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of training users in complex topics, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with upper management.
