Service Technician: Glasgow

Effective immediately, there is an opening for the position of Service Technician for the Glasgow I Customer Care Center, which reports to Customer Care Manager.

Duties:
-Installation of cellular antennas, car kits and accessories
-Trouble shooting and repairing cellular telephones and accessories
-Scheduling of customer appointments
-Knowledge of inventory system and product lines
-Operation of mobile service and in house service
-Provide quality customer service to all Bluegrass Cellular customers
-Support sales staff in all customer equipment servicing issues
-Other duties as directed by management

Skills:

Requirements:
-One year experience in automotive electronic installation
-PC literate
-Valid driver's license
-Cellular experience preferred
